“Agrogitaspyur” Department renders consulting assistance to farmers on the problems of production organization, facilitates the execution of priority agricultural programs and improvement of the production volume of competitive agricultural goods.
The activity of the Department personnel involves the following directions:

- Choice of the technologies of processing and preservation of crops and raw products and the ways of their realization

The structure of the Department includes the Scientific Research Center which is engaged in the control of water resource usage by peasant and collective farms. The Center carries out the programs directed to the improvement of the organization of irrigation work. The programs have research, experimental, applied, consulting and informational character. In the process of their execution the soil humidity, estimation of surface irrigation, scientific-practical control of irrigation are under observation. Besides, new technologies of irrigation are introduced and the crop irrigation routine is specified in various soil-climatic conditions.Special attention is paid to training and informational work. In this purpose, in the regional centers supporting agriculture, seminars are held for the specialities and farmers of the certain region.
