Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի "Էրասմուս Մունդուս " Արտաքին համագործակցության պատուհան Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի համար ծրագիր

ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈ’ՒՆ

Մեկնարկեց "Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window for Armenia" "Georgia, Azerbajian lot 5" փոխանակման ծրագրի նոր փուլը: Այն ուսանողներին, ասպիրանտներին, դասախոսներին, մասնավոր և պետական սեկտորի պաշտոնյաներին ընձեռում է արտերկրում ուսանելու հնարավորություն: Առաջնությունը տրվում է սոցիալապես անապահով, ծնողազուրկ (կամ ամուսնալուծված կամ հիվանդ ծնողներ ունեցող, շատ ցածր եկամուտով ընտանիքների և այլ) ուսանողներին, ինչպես նաև փախստականի կարգավիճակ ունեցող ուսանողներին:
Սույն ծրագիրը համակարգվում է Հունաստանի "Ալեքսանդեր տեխնոլոգիական կրթական ինստիտուտի՚ կողմից և ընդգրկում մի շարք բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններ ու ընկերակցություններ/ասոցիացիաներ` Հայաստանից, Վրաստանից, Ադրբեջանից, Հունաստանից, Պորտուգալիայից, Իտալիայից, Ֆրանսիայից, Նիդերլանդներից, Լատվիայից և Բուլղարիայից:

"Էրասմուս Մունդուս Արտաքին համագործակցության պատուհան Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի համար" ծրագրի շրջանակում ՀՊԱՀ-ին հնարավորություն է տրվում գործուղել.

• 2 Բակալավր (10 ամսով) - 1/3/2009 to 31/12/2009) Նիդերլանդների Հաս Դեն Բոշի Կիրառական գիտությունների համալսարան (www.hasdenbosch.nl) – (մասնագիտությունը` Այգեգործություն, Ծաղկաբուծություն, Բիզնեսի կառավարում, Ագրոմարկետինգ): Դիմող ուսանողները պետք է առնվազն լինեն ՀՊԱՀ-ի 2-րդ կուրսի ուսանող:
• 1 Ասպիրանտ (10 ամսով)- 1/4/2009 to 31/1/2010) – Իտալիա, Տուսկիայի համալսարան (www.unitus.it)
• 2 Պոստդոկտորանտ (6 ամսով) - 1/4/2009 - 30/9/2009) - 1 հետազոտող Հունաստանի Թեսալոնիկիի Ալեխանդրոի տեխնոլոգիական կրթական ինստիտուտ (www.teithe.gr), 1 հետազոտող Պորտուգալիայի Վիանա դե Կաստելոյի Պոլիտեխնիկական ինստիտուտ (www.ipvc.pt),
• 1 Դասախոս (1 ամսով) - փետրվար, 2009) - Նիդերլանդների Հաս Դեն Բոշի Կիրառական գիտությունների համալսարան (www.hasdenbosch.nl)

Ուսանողների և հետազոտողների կրթաթոշակները, կապված ուսուցման ձևից, կկազմեն ամսեկան 1.000-1.800 Եվրո, դասախոսական կազմի ամենամսյա վճարը կկազմի 2.500 Եվրո: Ծրագիրը հոգում է նաև ճանապարհածախսը և առողջական ապահովագրությունը:

Անգլերենի իմացությունը պարտադիր է: Դիմորդները պետք է նախորոք հանձնեն TOEFL կամ IELTS քննություններ և քննության արդյունքների վկայականը կցեն դիմումին:

Դիմումների ներկայացման վերջնաժամկետներն է 2008թ հոկտեմբերի 11-ը:
Դիմումները /համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին/ անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել ՀՊԱՀ-ի Արտաքին կապերի դեպարտամենտ /127 սենյակ/ և ծրագրի ղեկավարին` ծրագրի վեբ կայքի միջոցով, որի հասցեն է` http://erasmusmundus5.teithe.gr :

Ծրագիրը (նպատակային խումբ II և III) առանձին հնարավորություն է ընձեռնում փախստականների (Հայաստանից` 1բակալավր, 2մագիստր, 2ասպիրանտ), ինչպես նաև մասնավոր և հասարակական կառույցների աշխատակիցների (Հայաստանից` 2 մագիստր, 2 ասպիրանտ, 1 հետազոտող) համար: Ուսման տևողությունը 6-ից- 20 ամիս: Դիմումները (նպատակային II և III խմբով դիմողները) պետք է ներկայացնել ծրագրի վեբ կայքի միջոցով, որի հասցեն է` http://erasmusmundus5.teithe.gr

• 1 Պոստդոկտորանտ (6 ամսով) - 1/4/2009 - 30/9/2009). 1 հոգի – Ֆրանսիա, Անժերի համալսարան (www.univ.angers.fr )

ERASMUS MUNDUS External Cooperation Window for Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan (Lot 5)

The new call for EM ECW Lot 5 project is announced. This project provides opportunities of mobility to students (undergraduate & master), researchers (doctorate & post-doctorate), academic staff, as well as executives of the private and public sector. Priority is given on an impartial distribution of available positions to students with special needs and with socio-economical problems (without parents, divorced or ill parents, very low income, etc.), through a transparent selection process making use of a weight coefficient according to the category each candidate belongs to.

The project is coordinated by the Alexander Technological Educational Institution of Thessaloniki, Greece. It is addressed to 11 Institutions and other bodies located in Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan, while the 6 EU partners are from Portugal, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Latvia and Bulgaria.

The scholarships for the South Caucasus students and researchers, depending on the level of studies, are from 1.000-1.800 euro per month, whereas for the EU students and researchers are from 800-1.800 euro. The monthly subsistence allowance for the academic staff is 2.500 euro. The EC also covers the air ticket and health/accident insurance for all the beneficiaries.



The project provides following mobility opportunities from ASAU to EU:

• 2 UNDERGRADUATE ASAU’s STUDENTS to HAS Den Bosch, The Netherlands – ( 1/3/2009 to 31/12/2009 (10 months)

• 1 PhD STUDENT to University of Tuscia, Italy (1/4/2009 to 31/1/2010 (10 months))

• 2 POST- DOCTORATE , PERIOD OF MOBILITY: from 1/4/2009 to 30/9/2009 (6 months) to ATEI of Thessaloniki, Greece and IPVC, Portugal

• 1 Academic to HAS Den Bosch, The Netherlands 1 month (March 2009)

From EU to ASAU

• 1 Academic- HAS Den Bosch, The Netherlands - 1 month (Feb 2009)

• 1 U - HAS Den Bosch, The Netherlands - 6 months

• 1 M – Portugal – 6 months

The student's application file to the International Relations of ASAU (room 127) should also include the following documents (translated in English):

• Academic records (undergraduate students) or attested copy of academic degree (bachelor, master, PhD, post-doctorate)

• English (and/or French, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Bulgarian, Latvian) language certificate. Proof of English Language Knowledge:

- TOEFL 550 (Paper Based) or TOEFL 79, minimum of 15 in each section (Internet Based) IELTS 6.0 overall, minimum 5.0 in each section
- Cambridge Proficiency/Michigan Proficiency

• Certificate about any socio-economical problem, disability, special need or medical problem

• Evidence of nationality (copy of passport)

The members of the consortium, the offered fields of study, the selection criteria, the period of stay, as well as the selection process is published on the project's web site.

The deadline for the submission of application is 11/10/2008 (exception for Master students - 11/07/2008).

The applicants who are currently registered in a University (except master’s degree students will also hand in a copy of the application to their International Relations Department).
